Postgraduate    1979: D.D., Regensburg, Germany (Doctoral supervisor: Professor Joseph Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict XVI)

Professor Emeritus of Moral Theology: Pontifical University, St Patrick's College, Maynooth

Appointments:   

1979—1981: Professor of Dogmatic Theology, Regional Seminary, Bomana, Papua New  Guinea

1981—1983: Professor of Dogmatic Theology Philosophisch-Theologische Hochschule St. Gabriel, Mödling/Vienna, Austria

1983—2004: Lecturer in Moral Theology, Pontifical University, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth

2004-2007 Professor of Moral Theology, Pontifical University, St Patrick’s College, Maynooth
